Inter-house Rugby league (18/06/20)
On Wednesday 17th of June we had a inter-house rugby league game . We have 4 house groups but all of them formed into one team so Edinburgh and Windsor were together and Marlborough and Sandringham were together .
It was a really intense game , My team Edinburgh and Windsor scored the first try to open the game and then we went on to score another two . But then in the second half Marlborough and Sandringham came back and scored a try straight from the kick off . Then they gained momentum and started scoring even more tries tying with us 6 minutes into the game . Then the game finished and they scored the last try of the game and had the final say . I had fun but congrats to Marlborough and Sandringham .

So yesterday I did a book review on a book that I read with my class group . From my point of view I think you should read this book because it has a nice message that you have to unpack when reading .

The epic water safety day !
When me and my group arrived we had a little bit of trouble finding a parking space but we got there in the end . It was a nice sunny day good for just going and hopping in the water , It was very loud but being next to a motorway how could it not be .
We had an amazing day in the water . I loved that we got to share the spot with Kowhai and Aka aka they were just amazing . It was very cool to see how all of us interacted with each other , and it was our first WPC activity .
I had the best time at this event , but these are my 3 outstanding moments .
1. I made a new friend and her name was Kira she was from Kowhai , we did heaps of teamwork activities together like : Kayaking , Knee boarding , and acting how we would save each other. At first I didn't want to Kayak but she made me see that its fun you just have to try because you never know .
I also enjoyed that I was getting taken a photo of by Miss Davis .
2. I loved how my group worked together even though we didn't have a clue who each other were , we only had 3 people from our own school but we managed . The second activity we did Isaiah didn't want to do it but after he saw how cool it was he got back in again and continued on with me and Shailesh.
3. I finally got to meet William Pike himself , it was really cool meeting him and then what made me laugh the hardest was when Ifalame was touching his prosthetic leg . William Pike really inspires me so just to meet him was a win for me . We also found out that he had a new born baby boy , so we congratulated him with a card we all signed .
I am so happy that I got to be apart of this wonderful group I can't wait to do some more of these cool activities .

Summer learning journey : Wk 4 Day 1 Task 2-3
Activity 2 : (4 points)
Today I had to write down what I did this morning in English and then translate it in Shakespeare.

This morning I woke up and went to brush my teeth . After I went to eat my breakfast and then I finished my breakfast I went outside for fresh air and to see my rabbits.

This m'rning I did wake up and wenteth to brusheth mine own teeth. Aft'r I wenteth to consume mine own breakfast and then I did finish mine own breakfast I wenteth outside f'r green air and to seeth mine own rabbits.
Activity 3 : (6 points)
Dear diary 2018 Family New year
Today was the most the astonishing day of my life ! I went to Pt chevalier park with my whole entire family and that took up like half the park . I had so much fun when I got there we did a whole family ripper tag game and it was so funny . All the kids would play while the older kids would play and the elders would watch and cook the food . It was QLD vs NSW and Queensland won 16 - 11 and we got to eat first before NSW or anyone else . I was so hungry after all that running and tagging but then I got big plate of food from my Aunty and ate it all up . Some of the older kids and the adults went to have a little swim before we all go home while the kids were doing some cool activities like : tug of war , capture the flag , rugby , orienteering , etc . After all that finished me and my family went home after a long day of sports and eating but mainly eating. I was looking forward to a new challenge of 2019 .
